Raised in Metro-Atlanta and based in West Los Angeles, Katherine "Kat" Gaylord (she/her) has a breadth of experience in Art Departments and has served as Production Designer on over fifteen thesis and independent short films. Inspired by campy horror, 2000's coming-of-age, and retro-futuristic aesthetics, Kat specializes in hyper-realistic budget-friendly production design.

  

Kat is a strong Social Media Strategist and Graphic Designer, with four years of experience in Social Media Marketing for indie films, universities, and 501(c) non-profits. Her strong background in Post-Production further distinguishes her as a "one-stop shop" for high-quality content creation and brand visibility.

Kat is currently a senior at LMU, pursuing a Bachelor's in Film & TV Production with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She is an active member of the Professional Cinematic Arts Society, Delta Kappa Alpha, and the Delta Gamma sorority. In her free time, she loves playing guitar, going to concerts, spending time in nature, and weightlifting.
